Deposit
Las Cazuelitas requires an advanced deposit of $200.00 (100 none-refundable 100 will be returned after inspection of premises after event) to secure a room and date. The deposit will confirm your reservation. The total balance is due and payable 12 weeks prior to the event. Terms will only be extended with prior approval
Guarantee
Las Cazuelitas requests the exact number of guests attending the function 72 hours prior to the event. Once the guarantee has been given you will be able to decrease the number however, a fee will be charged to your account should the guest count increase.
Outside Services
Flowers, Centerpieces, Linens, Music and Entertainment may be arranged at an additional charge with advanced notice. Please discuss all your needs at time of booking.
Guest Responsibility
Las Cazuelitas reserves the right to inspect and control private functions. Liability for damage to the premises will be charged to the given party. We do not assume responsibility for damage or loss of material, equipment or personal property prior, during or after function. Affixing of any materials to walls, floors, or celings of rooms is prohibited without prior approval of management.

- Drinks from bar which include drinks & Alcoholic Beverages will be bought by the customer at cost.
- Any additional hours for hall will cost $100.00 per hour X-tra before the 5th hour and after the 5th hour $ 200.00 X-tra with D.J.
- Additional plates will cost between $8.00- $27.00pp.
- There will be an additional charge added if the food is not served during the time specified by client.
- Local Groups can be contracted thru us or you can bring your own at no xtra cost.(subjet to availability)
