Las Cazuelitas de Tucson requires an advanced deposit of $200- $400 to secure a room and date. The deposit will confirm your reservation and it's not Refundable. 100% of the total bill is due and payable 30 days prior to the event. Terms will only be extended with prior approval.
Cancellation Policy
Your
deposit is used to reserve a date and the facility. This deposit will NOT be Refundable. Your Rental Agreement it's legal between You and the Company in order to reserve that date exclusively for You! Your money is working for you and we are 100% prepared for your event and ready for
any inconvenience it may appear. In the event that your function cancels a cancellation fee will be charged. Any deposits, Down Payments or Regualr payments WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE .
Guarantee
Las Cazuelitas request the exact number of guests attending the function 72 hours prior to the event. Once the guarantee has been given you will be able to decrease the number but a fee will be charged to your balance should the guest count increase
Outside Services
Flowers, centerpieces, linen, music, decorations and entertainment may be arranged at an additional charge with advanced notice. Please discuss all your needs at the time of booking. Remember we have special discounts with all our suppliers.
Restaurant & Guest Responsibility
Las Cazuelitas reserves the right to inspect and control any private functions. Liability for damage to the premises will be charged to the given party. We do not assume
responsibility for damage or loss of material, equipment or personal property prior, during or after a function. Affixing of any materials to walls, floors, or ceilings of rooms is prohibited without prior approval of management.
